How can I make a reservation?

What regions do you service?
We offer premium chauffeured ground transportation in every U.S. city and over 500 other cities around the globe. Our global network of affiliates lets us handle your transportation worldwide.
How far in advance should I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made up to 1 year in advance. Online reservations are ideally requested 24 hours prior to service, though in many regions we can accommodate requests within a few hours of pick-up.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover — for deposits and final payments. Cash deposits can also be made when booking with our Customer Care Team; cash balances are settled directly with the chauffeur at pick-up.
When do I receive my booking confirmation?
Reservation confirmations are sent via email immediately after the booking process is completed.
How do I receive my chauffeur's information before my trip?
The chauffeur's name and phone number are sent by email at least one day prior to the service.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at airports?
Curbside pick-up is standard — call the chauffeur once you've collected your luggage and they'll advise the best meeting point. Inside pick-up is also available, where the chauffeur greets you at baggage claim (domestic) or outside customs (international) with a personalised name board.
How long will my chauffeur wait for me?
Our chauffeur waits 30 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. After this grace period, the vehicle's hourly rate is charged accordingly.
Does the chauffeur speak only English?
Most 1Motion chauffeurs speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish to ease communication.
Will your driver help me with my luggage?
Yes — our chauffeurs are always happy to assist with loading and unloading your luggage.
Do you provide child safety seats?
Yes. Infant, toddler, and booster seats are available on request for an extra charge.
Can I travel with a pet?
Pets are allowed in our vehicles; a cleaning fee may apply.
Can I smoke inside a 1Motion vehicle?
All vehicles are strictly non-smoking — including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and cigars. Violating this policy results in additional cleaning charges.
How many passengers and luggage can each vehicle accommodate?
For safety, luggage in the front seat is prohibited. Please verify each vehicle's passenger and luggage capacity with our Customer Care Team or on the Fleet page.
What training do your chauffeurs go through?
All chauffeurs are trained to the highest standards of performance, ethics, and conduct, and hold the licenses and insurance required in their country. Our Quality Assurance Program ensures they meet our standards for safety, appearance, language skills, and friendliness.
Do you offer VIP service?
Yes. Our services qualify as Black Tie / White Glove, and we have a dedicated VIP Care Team with special VIP vehicles. Our event team can handle the entire ground-transportation logistics for your events — planning, implementation, and onsite coordination.
