1Motion Luxury Transportation offers Premium Chauffeured ground transportation services in every U.S. city and over 500 other cities around the globe. Our global network of affiliates allows us to handle your transportation worldwide.
Reservations can be made up to 1 year in advance. Online reservations are ideally requested 24 hours prior to your schedule transportation service. But in several regions, we can accommodate reservations within a few hours from the pick-up time.
We accept the usual major credits cards, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover are all accepted for initial deposits and final payments.
You may also make cash deposits directly when you make your reservation with our Customer Care Team. If you wish to pay your balance in cash, you will need to resolve payment directly with the chauffeur upon his arrival to the pick-up location.
Reservation confirmations are sent via e mail immediately after booking procedures are completed.
The chauffeur’s name and phone number are sent by email at least a day prior to the service.
- Curbside pick-up is the standard service. In this case you should call the chauffeur when you’ve collected your luggage and ready to depart the airport, and the chauffeur will advise you of the best meeting point.
- Inside pick-up, the chauffeur greets passengers inside the airport at the baggage claim for domestic flights and outside of customs for international flights, with a personalized pick-up name board.
1Motion’s chauffeur will wait for you 30 minutes for domestic flights, and 60 minutes for international flights. After this grace period has ended, the hourly rate assigned to the vehicle will be charged accordingly.
Most 1Motion chauffeurs speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish to ease communication.
Yes, 1Motion’s chauffeurs are always happy to assist you with loading and unloading your luggage.
Yes, 1Motion provides infant, toddler, and booster car seats upon request for an extra charge.
Pets are allowed in vehicles; cleaning fee may be applied.
All vehicles are strictly Non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars and others tabacco or non-tabacco products consumed via smoking. Violating this policy will result in additional car cleaning charges.
In accordance with safety rules, luggage riding in the front seat of the vehicle is prohibited. Verify vehicle’s passenger and luggage capacity with Customer Care Team.
All of 1Motion’s chauffeurs are trained with the highest standards of job performance, code of ethics and rules of conduct, and all hold the licenses and insurances required to provide exceptional service in their country.
We also, conduct the Quality Assurance Program to ensure our chauffeurs meet our standard requirements. It includes safety, professional appearance, language skills and friendliness.
